FAQ
Yes! Book an upcycling appointment and bring your old gold and stones with you. During the appointment, we will test your gold, discuss your design with our custom-made specialists, and explore what is possible together. Want to find out which stones and gold are suitable first? You can read about that on our upcycling page.
For custom work, we only use 18K yellow gold. This material is more expensive than silver or gold-plated silver, but it guarantees the high-end quality and service of Elisa Lee. Moreover, a design in solid gold is much more durable than silver or gold-plated silver.
Sure! Take a look at 'upcycling' for this.
Absolutely. Let us know what your wishes are and we will start looking for you! Start thinking about the most important characteristics of the desired diamond or gemstone. Are you looking for a specific shape or size? Or is the color shade more important? Once we have listed the best options for you, you can make your final choice.
This is a last resort, but we do not recommend it due to the many possibilities involved in a custom piece of jewelry. It is much easier to meet in person and try on pieces. That way, you can make better and more thoughtful choices for your design.
