Welcome to our jewellery clinic. This is the place to come to have your jewellery refreshed. Even if your warranty has expired, we are still happy to take care of your jewellery. Our jewellery comes with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty applies to normal use and does not cover wear and tear to the glass or plating. Exchanges are possible within 3 weeks of purchase if the jewellery has not been worn. We do not exchange custom-made jewellery. There is never a warranty against the loss of jewellery.

If you send us your jewellery by post, we will return it to you free of charge by registered mail. You can also choose to collect it from one of our shops.
